Accountabilities:

    Lead and develop a team of Admissions Coordinators, ensuring high performance across inbound and outbound engagement with prospective clients, families, and referral partners, while maintaining strong service quality and conversion outcomes.

    • Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management to build a consistently high-performing inside sales and admissions team.
    • Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and operational processes to ensure efficient coverage and responsiveness across high-volume communication channels.
    • Drive achievement of key KPIs including admission rates, conversion metrics, patient satisfaction, call quality, and time-to-admission performance.
    • Ensure timely, accurate, and compassionate communication with all prospective patients and stakeholders throughout the admissions funnel.
    • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure smooth handoffs into care programs.
    • Develop and refine best practices for admissions and conversion processes, improving consistency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
    • Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on team performance, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
    • Requirements

      1–4+ years of experience leading or mentoring inside sales, admissions, or high-volume customer-facing teams, with a proven ability to drive performance in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments. Strong operational discipline and people leadership skills are essential.

      • Experience managing or working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
      • Strong multitasking ability with the capacity to handle high call volume and prioritize effectively under pressure.
      • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy, clarity, and customer/patient engagement.
      • Comfort working with performance KPIs, service levels, and conversion targets.
      • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus.
      • Familiarity with HIPAA standards and compliance requirements is an advantage.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
