Accountabilities:

    The Partner Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of partner-focused marketing strategies designed to increase partner engagement, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth. This role will collaborate across teams to create scalable marketing programs, improve partner enablement, and measure the impact of campaigns.

    • Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with revenue goals, partner segmentation, and business priorities.
    • Create and maintain a partner marketing playbook defining campaign approaches, communications, and enablement strategies across different partner types.
    • Collaborate with partner teams to design marketing programs that support strategic accounts and broader partner needs.
    • Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, including joint campaigns, partner events, and co-branded marketing materials.
    • Represent the organization at partner events, conferences, and industry activities to increase engagement and brand visibility.
    • Develop and manage partner-facing content, including onboarding resources, customer success stories, digital campaigns, solution briefs, pitch materials, and competitive resources.
    • Partner with corporate marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand standards, business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
    • Own marketing-related activities within the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform to improve partner enablement and collaboration.
    • Manage partner communications including newsletters, program updates, marketing calendars, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
    • Support partner marketing budget management, including allocation of market development funds and tracking return on investment.
    • Analyze partner performance metrics, including partner-generated pipeline, revenue contribution, engagement levels, campaign performance, and event ROI.
    • Deliver reporting and insights that improve future campaigns, strengthen partner relationships, and support continued ecosystem growth.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a B2B marketing professional with experience developing partner programs, managing alliances, and executing campaigns that generate measurable business impact. This individual should combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and be comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology, channel marketing, or partner ecosystems.
      • Strong understanding of co-marketing strategies and experience managing partner relationships or alliances.
      • Experience developing marketing content, campaigns, enablement materials, and event programs.
      • Proven ability to plan and execute partner-driven events and initiatives.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, tracking ROI, and optimizing marketing programs.
      • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive initiatives from concept through execution.
      • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
      • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, operations, and partner teams.
