Job Summary
We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support a fast-paced distribution operation in Kalamazoo, MI. This role involves picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners
- Prepare shipments and ensure order accuracy
- Load and unload trucks manually or with equipment
- Receive and stock incoming inventory
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED preferred
