Job DescriptionAbout the RoleServiceNow is accelerating its transition to become the AI platform for business transformation. As we scale the pace of launches and major moments, we need a dedicated leader to help shape and deliver how our portfolio story shows up in the market.This role sits at the center of Product, Marketing, Brand, and Communications — working across the company to define and express a coherent, differentiated story across products, releases, and key moments.You will operate both strategically and hands-on: partnering to shape the overall narrative and directly crafting the storytelling that brings it to life — from product narratives to keynotes to major market moments. You will also lead the evolution of the Messaging Guild into a system that raises the bar for storytelling and messaging across ServiceNow.This is not a pure content role. It is a high-leverage position focused on defining, aligning, and delivering world-class storytelling across an entire product portfolio.What You’ll DoShape and align the product portfolio narrativeWork across Product, Marketing, Brand, and Communications to bring a clear and consistent story to how the product portfolio shows up in the market. While individual business units remain responsible for their product messaging, this role helps connect, elevate, and align those stories into a coherent portfolio narrative that compounds across launches, regions, and major moments.Translate product innovation into compelling storytellingPartner closely with product teams and product marketers to understand what we are building and where we are going. You will be close enough to product to challenge thinking, elevate ideas, sharpen positioning, and connect individual innovations to broader narrative themes, turning complex capabilities into simple, differentiated stories.Connect launches and moments into one evolving storyWork closely with the Launch Office to bring clarity to individual launches and how they build over time. Rather than resetting the story at each moment, you will help define a narrative arc that compounds with time across releases, flagship events, and campaigns.Lead strategic storytelling for major momentsTake a hands-on role in shaping how ServiceNow shows up in its most important moments. This includes writing and refining keynotes, executive presentations, strategic story pitches, and major market moments that define how we present to customers, analysts, and the market.Own and scale the Messaging GuildBuild on the Messaging Guild and evolve it from a voluntary initiative into a formal operating model. Bring along a distributed group of contributors while setting clear standards and programs that raise the bar for messaging quality across the company.Drive storytelling excellence across the organizationAct as a standard-setter for what great looks like.
