The Regional HR Partner Project Coordinator supports the delivery of regional HR programs and projects, with a strong focus on operational execution across a range of workflows. The role coordinates activities across a defined region, supporting delivery of regional programs and initiatives. Scope of work includes but is not limited to Benefits related coordination; Policy and process development, review and improvement; quality checking and activity tracking; reporting and communicating proactively on a range of programs and activity.
Key Deliverables and KPIs
• Drive and execute timely delivery of a range of HR services in collaboration with a regional HR Partner Team.
• Maintain accurate trackers, records, and audit-ready documentation and look for opportunity to improve and optimize.
• Innovate and contribute to new ways of working, including operational, process and system improvements
• Prepare and provide status updates and reports to stakeholders as needed including follow-up to drive results
• Assist with new system/application testing, documentation, and implementation activities
• Coordination of HR projects including collaboration with stakeholders, coordinating meetings and agendas, maintaining project plans, timelines, action logs, and status updates to drive timely results
• Establish and manage communications on a range of programs and team activity
• Contribute to team meetings, programs, and act as a point of contact for various reporting and communication activities both cyclical and ad hoc.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with HR Shared Services stakeholders and other partner organisations and teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Tertiary Qualification such as Bachelors Degree in relevant field e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Project Management
• 2+ years of experience in HR team environment such as HR operations, HR administration, HR shared services, HR Generalist, partnering or project coordination.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
• Competence and confidence in MS Office suite is essential
• Client centricity, solutions orientation and high standards of delivery are required.
• English language proficiency essential for both verbal and written communication and confident communication skills essential
• Demonstrated ability to proactively develop and maintain effective working relationship is essential
• Must demonstrate agility along with aptitude to learn new (tech) systems and applications (e.g. Co-pilot) and experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and Analytics tools (e.g. Visier) an advantage
• Experience with Payroll processes, compliance and audit contribution, or process improvement work is an advantage.
