Apply About the role:Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Support Agent, you're the person they turn to when something goes wrong – or when they need someone who actually knows what they're doing.You'll handle live chats and emails, solve order and account issues, help merchants grow their businesses, and make sure every interaction leaves the customer in a better place. This is a full-time, shift-based role in a team that takes both the work and each other seriously.Your daily tasks will include:Handling customer enquiries via live chat and email – with clarity, empathy, and accuracyDiagnosing and resolving order, shipping, and account issuesHelping merchants set up their stores and get the most from the platformFlagging patterns and trends so we fix problems at the root, not just the surfaceCollaborating with your team – sharing knowledge, escalating with context, keeping information flowingYour qualifications:We hire for the kind of person who understands great customer experience. That means:Excellent written and spoken English – clear, structured, easy to followA calm head under pressure – you stay level-headed when customers are frustratedGenuine ownership – when something goes wrong, your instinct is to fix it, not pass it onCuriosity – you ask questions, look things up, and want to understand how things workA team mindset – you share information, help colleagues, and don't let problems sitFull-time availability for shift-based work, including evenings and/or weekendsLegal right to work a full-time job (40 hours per week) in LatviaNice to have – but not required: previous CS experience or familiarity with e-commerce or print-on-demand.This is a full-time remote position working a rotating schedule of 4 days on and 2 days off, with shifts from 14:30 to 23:00, including weekends and public holidays. Occasional morning (07:00–15:30) and day shifts as required.
