HVAC Estimating Department Manager

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has an opening for an HVAC estimating Department Manager. This individual will oversee a 15-person residential HVAC department. This candidate will need high acumen in Wrightsoft,and Wrightdraw, Energy Calculations and Residential Duct Design.

Responsibilities:

•  Oversee HVAC estimating team
•  Receive and review blueprints from clients
•  Prepare bids for new work

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Extensive personnel management and job duty assignment
• Task scheduling experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret the HVAC requirements
• Understanding of HVAC installation in residential new construction homes

Education and Experience:

• Wright Soft Experience (required)
• Florida Energy Gauge Experience (required)
• Personnel management
