Accountabilities:
- Own analytical workstreams across global client engagements with limited supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct market assessments, identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and support strategic recommendations.
- Analyze financial information, primary research, and qualitative data to generate meaningful insights.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and interviews to gather relevant perspectives and validate findings.
- Create polished client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and analytical models using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Manage project communications, anticipate risks, and proactively propose solutions to maintain engagement success.
- Ensure quality assurance across all outputs, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge, best practices, and consulting approaches.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development through playbooks, case studies, and industry-focused materials.
- Build expertise in a selected travel industry specialty area and contribute to external thought leadership.
- 2–4 years of experience in a leading management consulting environment or similar client-facing strategic role.
- Experience working with firms such as Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, Oliver Wyman, or comparable organizations is preferred.
- Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative research into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Proven project management skills with experience owning deliverables and managing priorities independently.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution; advanced degrees such as MBA, MA, or MSc in business, economics, or related fields are a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional business language proficiency (Arabic, French, Spanish, or similar) is an advantage.
