Accountabilities:

    The Senior Associate will be responsible for leading analytical initiatives and supporting strategic consulting projects from research through delivery. The role requires ownership of workstreams, strong quality standards, and close collaboration with internal teams and clients. Key responsibilities include:

    • Own analytical workstreams across global client engagements with limited supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Conduct market assessments, identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and support strategic recommendations.
    • Analyze financial information, primary research, and qualitative data to generate meaningful insights.
    • Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and interviews to gather relevant perspectives and validate findings.
    • Create polished client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and analytical models using PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Manage project communications, anticipate risks, and proactively propose solutions to maintain engagement success.
    • Ensure quality assurance across all outputs, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Support and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge, best practices, and consulting approaches.
    • Contribute to internal knowledge development through playbooks, case studies, and industry-focused materials.
    • Build expertise in a selected travel industry specialty area and contribute to external thought leadership.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will bring consulting experience, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects while engaging confidently with stakeholders. Required qualifications and skills include:

      • 2–4 years of experience in a leading management consulting environment or similar client-facing strategic role.
      • Experience working with firms such as Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, Oliver Wyman, or comparable organizations is preferred.
      • Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative research into clear business insights and recommendations.
      • Proven project management skills with experience owning deliverables and managing priorities independently.
      • Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
      • Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution; advanced degrees such as MBA, MA, or MSc in business, economics, or related fields are a plus.
      • Fluent English communication skills; additional business language proficiency (Arabic, French, Spanish, or similar) is an advantage.
      • Passion for the global travel and tourism industry and curiosity about emerging market trends.
      • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership of results.
      • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration and accountability.
