How you create impact

• Supervise General Ledger and reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Lead and develop the GL & Reporting team, driving performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze financial results, resolve accounting issues, and support business decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Previous experience leading or supervising finance/accounting teams.
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, ERP systems (SAP is a plus), and advanced analytical skills.
