The opportunity

Our technology leadership continues to facilitate innovations in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling flexible smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will promote and sell HV products, systems, and services to customers in Japan and overseas, focusing on volume, profitability, and targets also identify and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

  • You will engage with key stakeholders such as general contractors, electrical subcontractors, trading houses, industrial owners, and EPCs, including those in renewable energy sectors (PV solar, onshore/offshore wind).

  • You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide optimal solutions also ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from initial engagement to post-sales support.

  • You will develop and execute sales plans using internal tools and systems also monitor sales performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement recovery plans when necessary.

  • You will prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations aligned with company policies and customer expectations.

  • You will support marketing initiatives and promote the company’s value proposition to target markets and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs and market trends.

  • You will manage administrative tasks related to the sales process, including CRM updates (e.g., Salesforce) and support project execution and collection activities as needed.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree majored in engineering (Electrical background is a Plus).

  • Sales experience in power industry segment and experience in renewable, Data Center, industrial and power utility market in Japan.

  • Experience in utilizing CRM system (SFDC), with products knowledge in HV Grid substation products (GIS and AIS), Electric energy management system.

  • Main Products like HV Substation products (more than 66kV) and Switchgears (GIS and AIS).

  • Business Segment like Renewable energy, Industry sector, Semiconductor and Data Center.

  • Daily conversational level English and Native level Japanese is required.
