Manager - Environmental, Health, Safety & Security

Role responsibilities

Lead environmental, health, safety, security, and sustainability programs at the Madison site, ensuring compliance with regulations and integrating risk-based decision-making into daily operations. Oversee safety programs, manage site risk, and develop EHS&S training and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field with 7 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards, along with demonstrated leadership in regulated environments, is required.
