This role requires a strategic and hands-on HR professional who can navigate complex situations, influence decision-making, drive talent initiatives, and support organizational effectiveness in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with local and regional stakeholders while contributing to key HR programs across the employee lifecycle.

How you create impact

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, retention, and succession initiatives.
  • Lead and execute employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and directors, providing guidance on people-related challenges and organizational decisions.
  • Identify risks impacting organizational performance and develop action plans and business cases to support improvement initiatives.
  • Support change management, organizational development, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Facilitate talent review discussions and contribute to performance management processes.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to ensure alignment with company practices and initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support decision-making and recommend solutions.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and development initiatives for leaders and employees.
  • Support employee relations matters and provide timely, solution-oriented recommendations.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, Talent Management, or similar strategic HR roles.
  • Strong experience across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, retention, engagement, and organizational development.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders, managers, and directors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex situations, influence stakeholders, and provide business-focused solutions.
  • Experience developing improvement plans, retention strategies, and people initiatives based on business needs.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating training and development initiatives.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and respond effectively to changing business priorities.
  • Knowledge of finance, workforce analytics, or experience partnering with finance teams is considered a plus.
  • English level B2+ to C1 required.
