We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) to lead and elevate our data strategy, analytics, and operational insights within the Samsung Mobile eXperience (MX) division. This pivotal role will focus on driving data-driven decision-making, internal system management, optimizing business performance, and implementing cutting-edge agentic AI applications to enhance consumer/competitor insights and operational efficiency.

  • Smartphone Sales Analysis: Leverage advanced analytics to analyze smartphone sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure scalable, governed, and trusted data products that align with business objectives.
  • Agentic AI Implementation: Drive the integration of agentic AI applications to optimize data workflows, enhance consumer/competitor insights, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Insights: Analyze internal and external business environments to identify critical issues, assess risks and opportunities, and develop responsive strategies to meet performance targets.
  • Actionable Reporting: Translate complex data and analytics into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership, supporting executive decision-making.
  • Competitive Strategy: Develop action plans to strengthen competitiveness by assessing internal competencies and processes.
  • Global Communication: Communicate strategic vision globally and execute high-priority tasks to support top management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in data analysis or business intelligence, with prior management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL for database querying, Excel, and BI platforms. Experience with agentic AI applications is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Communication: Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate insights to executive and non-technical audiences.
