Accountabilities:
- Conduct and support weekly doubt-solving sessions, tutorials, and Q&A discussions in Tamil.
- Explain AI/ML concepts, assignments, coding exercises, and technical challenges in a clear and accessible manner.
- Reinforce faculty-led learning through practical tutorials and additional guidance.
- Provide timely responses to learner questions through discussion forums, chats, and learning management systems.
- Support students with Python programming, machine learning workflows, debugging, and implementation challenges.
- Share real-world AI/ML use cases, industry practices, and practical applications.
- Guide learners on model development, evaluation techniques, and improvement strategies.
- Help maintain learner engagement through regular feedback, encouragement, and mentorship.
- Track learner progress and escalate challenges or concerns to relevant teams.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve course content, delivery methods, and learner outcomes.
- Minimum 2+ years of practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, supervised and unsupervised learning methods, and model evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of deep learning fundamentals and modern AI/ML workflows.
- Strong Python programming skills with practical experience using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or academic support roles.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and mentor learners in Tamil.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support learner development.
- Familiarity with ML deployment workflows, Jupyter notebooks, Git, and learning management systems is a plus.
- Educational background from a recognized technical institution or AI/ML program is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote learning environment.
