AIRPORT DISPATCHER
Pay: $17.34-$17.34/ hourly The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. We are looking for a reliable and Dispatcher part of the parking operations in assisting Shift Managers in the day-to-day operations. They are, in some cases, the only voice our customers may hear. Shift: Monday,Tuesday,Friday,Saturday: 10pm-6:30am
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer the telephone, assist customers and employees over the intercom at all locations.
• Complete daily shift log, keep an accurate record of events and issues for the entire shift.
• Verify LPI’s and reductions.
• Generate various reports, control gate arms and signs throughout parking facility.
• Log and track any Mavis problems and perform Employee transponder duties.
• Issue zip passes to airport employees.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• All other duties may be assigned from time to time.
- Qualifications – Education & Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1 years’ experience in customer service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
