The consequence is that you’ll have a chance to make a real impact, backed by a supportive teamThe MissionYou will spend much of your time working with the Building Systems Engineering and Customer Success team to drive customer value. You will also work closely with Noda's product and engineering teams to aid in onboarding building systems data, improving data processing, and quality tooling, and iterating on Noda’s cutting-edge AI-based technology.Who You’ll Partner WithYou’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Customer Success team and fellow Building Systems Engineers. Together, you’ll mitigate churn, drive renewals, and act as the voice of the customer, feeding critical insights directly into our product roadmap.Your RoadmapMonth 1: Integration. Master the Noda stack (Platform, Salesforce, Slack, etc.), dive into our library of building recommendations, and start shadowing client calls.Month 2: Engagement.
