Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR technology team across HR Technology Operations and HR Technology Solutions, establishing clear expectations, supporting career growth, and building future-ready capabilities.
- Define team structures, operating models, and workload strategies to maximize operational efficiency and strategic impact.
- Partner with HR leadership to shape HR technology strategy, roadmap priorities, platform investments, AI adoption, and future capability development.
- Own the performance, governance, and evolution of HR technology platforms, including HRIS, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning, benefits, payroll, and analytics systems.
- Serve as a trusted partner between HR, IT, Legal, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders to guide technology decisions and ensure alignment.
- Oversee system performance, maintenance, configuration, security, access management, and compliance practices across HR platforms.
- Establish strong data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, privacy, and reliability of HR data and reporting.
- Provide strategic oversight of integrations, data flows, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities to support informed workforce decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and emerging solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
- Act as a senior-level advisor, contributing technology and data expertise to HR strategy discussions and business initiatives.
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, people systems, or related fields.
- 2–3+ years of experience leading or supervising an HR technology, HRIS, or systems-focused team.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise HR systems, including configuration, integrations, data integrity, reporting, and operational support.
- Proven project management experience with implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing or overseeing HR dashboards, reports, and business intelligence outputs.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders, IT partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with UKG Pro or another enterprise HCM platform at an administrative or configuration level is preferred.
- Familiarity with integration management, middleware concepts, and HR data architecture is preferred.
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or Tableau is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled HR technology solutions and emerging HR technology trends is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or similar workforce-driven environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range of $115,000 – $125,000 USD.
