Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, with a focus on Workday HCM, recruiting, and HR automation platforms.
- Oversee delivery of SaaS-based and custom application solutions supporting HR, finance, and business operations workflows.
- Manage application roadmaps, prioritization, and execution of short- and long-term transformation initiatives.
- Drive integration of Workday with enterprise systems, including payroll, benefits, background checks, and third-party vendors.
- Lead and mentor a global team responsible for application delivery, support, and continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce standards for system configuration, documentation, and operational continuity.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Oversee AI and automation initiatives within HR systems to enhance workflow efficiency and user experience.
- Manage project governance, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
- 12+ years of experience in software/application delivery and technology leadership roles.
- At least 5+ years of experience supporting HR and recruiting systems in large-scale (25,000+ employee) global environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, and related HR integrations.
- Strong background in enterprise application management, system architecture, or IT service delivery.
- Proven experience leading teams in complex, multi-stakeholder technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR automation, workflow optimization, and AI-driven process improvement.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as payroll, benefits, and external HR service providers.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource planning for large-scale programs.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: experience with tools like Workato, recruiting automation platforms (e.g., Talkpush, Harver), or SEC/public company environments.
