Accountabilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, accounts, and workplace technology issues.
- Troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments, collaboration tools, browsers, SaaS applications, and employee technology challenges.
- Manage support requests through ITSM platforms while ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and clear communication.
- Support the complete lifecycle of corporate devices, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, patching, replacement, and decommissioning.
- Manage endpoint devices using modern MDM platforms and maintain accurate device inventory records.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, access requests, account provisioning, and permission management.
- Troubleshoot identity, authentication, SSO, and MFA issues using identity management platforms.
- Support workplace applications including productivity suites, communication tools, collaboration platforms, and business software.
- Maintain user accounts, application access, licenses, and permissions while following security best practices.
- Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge bases, service improvements, automation opportunities, and standardized workflows.
- Support endpoint security initiatives including device compliance, patch management, encryption, and protection tools.
- Collaborate with IT, security, HR, and business teams to deliver a reliable employee technology experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, endpoint management, or a similar IT operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Experience managing endpoint devices through platforms such as Kandji, JumpCloud, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with identity and access management solutions including Okta, JumpCloud, or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and access management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and other workplace productivity tools.
- Understanding of endpoint security principles, networking fundamentals, and IT service management practices.
- Basic scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
