Accountabilities:

    The Sr Project Team Support Engineer will be responsible for leading technical support initiatives, managing operational projects, and ensuring the reliability and performance of complex healthcare systems.

    • Manage and execute operational, billable, and technical support projects while coordinating handovers from internal teams.
    • Administer and maintain service-related operational applications and platforms, including automation and remote support tools.
    • Support reporting activities related to licensing compliance and operational performance.
    • Manage multiple support queues and collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
    • Perform advanced remote troubleshooting, diagnostic evaluations, and technical assessments of hardware, software, and networking issues affecting customer environments.
    • Provide advanced product-specific guidance and support to customer support engineers and internal technical teams.
    • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to investigate product issues, support escalations, and communicate resolutions.
    • Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices within knowledge management systems and contribute to troubleshooting resources.
    • Participate in customer site visits and provide technical expertise as required.
    • Maintain compliance with all applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and medical device industry regulations.
    • Mentor team members on technical knowledge, product expertise, and departmental processes.
    • Support key performance objectives related to customer satisfaction, responsiveness, case resolution, project delivery, and training completion.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a highly experienced technical professional with strong expertise in healthcare technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and customer support operations.

      • Bachelor's degree, industry-related trade certification, or equivalent professional experience.
      • Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience in technical support, systems engineering, or healthcare technology environments.
      • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Microsoft Server environments.
      • Experience with networking technologies, SQL Server, Oracle databases, and enterprise infrastructure management.
      • Advanced understanding of medical informatics technologies, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions.
      • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards and clinical data exchange protocols such as HL7 and DICOM.
      • Advanced knowledge of enterprise workflow platforms and application environments.
      • ConnectWise Automate certification or equivalent experience.
      • Industry certifications in technologies such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Security+, or related disciplines are highly desirable.
      • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and independent decision-making abilities.
      • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
      • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) and work outside normal business hours when required.
      • Ability to meet vendor credentialing and regulatory requirements necessary to access healthcare facilities.
