Accountabilities:

    • Source and recruit qualified IT professionals across the United States using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant databases, and other sourcing channels.
    • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills, availability, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment.
    • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future staffing requirements.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate qualification, submissions, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
    • Partner closely with US-based sales and delivery teams to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates efficiently.
    • Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.
    • Support business growth initiatives by identifying market opportunities, networking with potential candidates, and sharing candidate insights with sales teams.
    • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential hiring trends and opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records and effectively use applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
    • Requirements:

      • 2+ years of professional experience in US IT staffing, technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or related recruitment roles.
      • Strong understanding of US employment models and work authorization processes, including W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, Green Card, and USC requirements.
      • Experience recruiting technical professionals and managing candidate pipelines in a competitive market.
      • Sales-oriented recruitment mindset with strong negotiation skills and motivation to achieve placement goals.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
      • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruitment technologies.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working during US business hours.
      • Experience recruiting for enterprise technology roles such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred.
      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
