We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team focused on Southern Europe. In this role, you will be a critical success driver for new Mid-Market clients on Reddit. You will help advertisers activate successfully on the platform, build clear test-and-learn plans, optimize performance, and create the conditions for long-term growth. French fluency is required, and Spanish is a strong plus.

The opportunity

As an Account Manager, Southern Europe, you will partner with new advertisers during their most important early stage on Reddit. Your mission is to onboard accounts quickly and thoughtfully, establish a clear roadmap for success, and help clients achieve their core goals within their first six months on the platform. You will play a key role in proving Reddit’s value, identifying early scaling opportunities, and setting clients up for a smooth transition into longer-term growth.

This role is based out of Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new client onboarding and activation, including support with Business Manager setup and initial campaign creation

  • Build strategic test-and-learn roadmaps that help advertisers launch effectively and improve performance over time

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into clear recommendations and actionable client stories

  • Identify upsell and scaling opportunities by demonstrating ROI and helping clients expand investment in Reddit

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, improve setup, and support client success

  • Ensure clients meet success criteria and are well-positioned for growth before transitioning to the next stage of account ownership

  • Educate advertisers on Reddit’s organic and paid offerings, including Reddit Pro and platform best practices

  • Manage a high volume of clients with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, media planning, or strategy within digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to generate insights, optimization recommendations, and proof of ROI

  • Experience explaining campaign performance and complex data in simple, compelling language

  • Understanding of test-and-learn approaches, measurement methodologies, and structured client learning agendas

  • Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and wider digital marketing ecosystem

  • Knowledge of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners

  • A proactive, organized, and methodical approach to managing multiple priorities

  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working directly with external partners

  • Passion for social media, client success, insights, and partnerships

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience supporting advertisers in the Southern Europe market

  • French fluency required

  • Spanish and/or Italian language skills are a strong plus

  • Experience working with both performance and brand advertisers

  • Familiarity with platform onboarding, paid social optimization, and consultative client communication
