Accountabilities:
- Manage and administer the contract intelligence platform, including configuration updates, workflow improvements, and lifecycle management activities.
- Create, modify, and maintain contract types, templates, workflows, rules, attributes, clauses, and user security groups.
- Act as the first point of response for critical platform incidents, leading investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution efforts.
- Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement both immediate fixes and long-term improvements.
- Collaborate with business users to collect requirements, prioritize enhancements, implement changes, and support user acceptance testing.
- Manage configuration deployments across environments while following established IT release and governance processes.
- Support integrations with enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, digital signature solutions, productivity tools, and authentication services.
- Provide recommendations for future platform improvements, automation opportunities, and cross-system integration strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) or similar CLM platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in IT systems roles, with at least 2 years focused on CLM platform administration and configuration.
- Experience with contract types, workflows, templates, rules, user permissions, and platform customization.
- Knowledge of integrations with systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, SSO solutions, and other enterprise applications.
- Experience with data migration activities, including metadata extraction and contract migration processes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered contract management capabilities and analytics modules is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and manage incidents effectively.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement focus.
- Relevant certifications in CLM technologies, such as Icertis Administrator, Practitioner, or Technical Professional certifications, are advantageous.
