Accountabilities:

    • Own and translate product vision into a structured roadmap, working closely with executive leadership to define priorities, milestones, and success metrics.
    • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, sequenced, and delivered in collaboration with engineering teams.
    • Drive market and customer discovery efforts through interviews, focus groups, beta testing, and ongoing research to inform product strategy and prioritization.
    • Own the strategic partnerships function, including content providers, integration partners, and technology vendors that enhance platform capabilities.
    • Lead internal enablement across Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales by developing clear messaging, positioning, and product value narratives.
    • Define and evolve monetization strategies in partnership with Finance and executive leadership, including pricing, packaging, and feature tiering.
    • Champion AI innovation and data strategy, shaping how the platform evolves into a more intelligent and data-driven solution.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing product organization with scalable processes, standards, and operating rhythms.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
      • Proven ability to translate executive vision into structured, executable product roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
      • Strong experience owning product discovery and delivery, including requirements definition and agile execution.
      • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships, including integrations and vendor relationships.
      • Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
      • Demonstrated ability to design and implement monetization strategies and pricing models.
      • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into strategy.
      • Executive presence with strong communication and cross-functional influence skills.
      • Experience in higher education, edtech, or workforce development strongly preferred.
