**Working at our Strother Facility**
Our Strother facility is an advanced technology engine services overhaul site where employees help restore commercial and military jet engines to meet performance, functionality, and efficiency requirements. Teams at the site support operations including plasma, flame and wire spraying, polyurethane and Sermetel painting, heat treating, brazing, and TIG welding. In addition to internal engine repair and overhaul, the facility also operates an evaluation and testing operation with FADEC capability.
**Role Overview**
As an Overhaul Supervisor, you will lead front-line employees, including hourly team members, in support of safe, compliant, and efficient overhaul operations. In this role, you will help execute daily overhaul priorities, support process performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead front-line employees in daily overhaul operations.
+ Support compliance with safety, quality, and operating procedures.
+ Coordinate workflow, staffing, and priorities to meet overhaul schedules and businessobjectives.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
+ Apply technical and operational knowledge to support execution of overhaul processes.
+ Escalate and resolve day-to-day issues using sound judgment and established processes.
+ Coach, train, and support employee development, including onboarding of new team members.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing/overhaul supervision; or a high school diploma / GED and a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing/overhaul supervision.
**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
+ Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
+ Established project management skills.
