How you create impact

  • Coordinate and execute employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities.
  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities, and recognition programs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR KPIs, including turnover, vacation tracking, and workforce metrics.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review, update, and maintain HR documentation, policies, and process guidelines.
  • Support the administration of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of HR processes and initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement and standardization projects across the HR function.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services environments.
  • Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, HR reporting, and HR compliance activities.
  • Knowledge of HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, vacation management, and workforce reporting.
  • Experience supporting audits and maintaining HR documentation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HR systems.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards is highly desirable.
  • English is a plus but not required.
