Our Legal Operations team is charged with improving and maintaining the Legal team's internal processes, systems, and tools. You will be responsible for tracking objectives and solving technical challenges. You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly organized. You make the Legal team's services better, faster, and more efficient.You willExecute legal integration with automation tools such as Salesforce and provide business intelligence (based on metrics from such tools), and identify and implement new automation toolsAI tools & automation – build and maintain dashboards and reports to track legal KPIs, team workload, and department activity; design and implement AI-powered skills, prompts, and workflow automations to streamline and reduce manual and administrative work across the legal team; evaluate and adopt new AI and legal-tech tools, and deliver hands-on training and enablement to the teamUpload contracts and important clauses and information from contracts to Salesforce and other automation toolsManage external law firms - manage engagement with external law firms around the globe, including KYCs, engagement letters, invoices, and billsAssist with signing and saving NDAs with clients and vendorsSync with other departments within Papaya – manage and summarize the sync meetings with Papaya’s different departments, such as product, marketing, BI, and CSMPerform and answer KYC & KYB checks on clients and vendorsLegal policies - create internal legal policies and proceduresLearning and development – find courses, lectures, webinars relevant for the legal teamProvide technical and training support for new legal department hiresManagement updates - draft concise executive communications, prepare presentations, and set timelines for regular updates to managementDepartment expenses - tracking the legal department expensesManage projects - manage the list of legal projectsAdministrative support - supporting administrative aspects of the legal departmentRequirements:English - nativeAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high pressureSelf-motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work well independently and deliver outstanding work while managing a high volume of assignmentsExcellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, and strategic thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate complex ideas or legal concepts in an easy-to-understand manner through all levels and functions of the organizationHands-on experience with AI tools and generative AI platforms, including building prompts, AI-powered skills, and workflow automationsLegal experience - advantageWork...
