Accountabilities:
- Define and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for security operations solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Drive product-market fit by analyzing customer feedback, usage data, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Own buyer segmentation and prioritization across security operations personas, including SOC teams, threat intelligence professionals, and security executives.
- Develop AI-powered intelligence capabilities that transform large-scale security data into actionable insights, automated enrichment, and improved defense workflows.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to strengthen positioning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies that support revenue growth.
- Support strategic customer engagements, including discovery sessions, proof-of-concepts, industry presentations, and design partnerships.
- Define integration strategies with security ecosystems such as SIEM, SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms to ensure seamless adoption.
- Collaborate with data, research, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities.
- Establish clear product requirements, prioritize development initiatives, and enable efficient execution across technical teams.
- Use business and product metrics such as adoption, retention, pipeline contribution, and expansion opportunities to guide decision-making.
- Represent the security operations product vision internally and externally, building credibility with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Mentor and support product team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing product organization.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 4 years leading cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or security operations products.
- Proven experience driving product-market fit, from discovery and validation through scaling adoption and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of security operations workflows, including SOC processes, threat intelligence, incident response, threat hunting, or detection engineering.
- Experience building products for security practitioners and understanding the needs of multiple security buyer personas.
- Strong technical understanding of security data, AI/ML applications, APIs, integrations, and modern technology architectures.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams to deliver successful products.
- Demonstrated ability to use customer insights, analytics, and market research to influence product strategy.
- Experience developing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market approaches that impact business growth.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on product execution and operational delivery.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Previous experience working as a security practitioner, such as in a SOC, threat intelligence team, or red team environment.
- Experience building products powered by proprietary data assets or intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with security integrations including SIEM, SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Experience applying AI/ML technologies to cybersecurity use cases at scale.
