A Day in the Life
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Training & Education (T&E) Eurasia team as an Intern and gain hands-on experience in supporting learning and development activities across multiple countries. You will contribute to the delivery of education programs within Structural Heart, Cardiac Surgery, and Aortic, while developing skills in data analysis, reporting, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. This internship offers valuable exposure to Medtronic’s training ecosystem and the opportunity to support initiatives that help improve patient outcomes.
Internship Details:
• Start date: August/September 2026
• Location: Istanbul
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40/h week
• Work model: hybrid
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Support the maintenance and improvement of training databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Assist in tracking training completion, certifications, and compliance requirements across multiple countries in the Eurasia region
• Help coordinate training activities, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and follow-up actions
• Support the preparation of dashboards, reports, and data analyses for internal stakeholders and leadership teams
• Assist with program execution and administrative activities related to Training & Education initiatives
Required Knowledge and Skills:
• In the final year or recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts or Sciences
• Fluent in English (B2/C1 level, written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and effective communication skills
Would be a Plus:
• Experience working with databases, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms
• Previous internship or project experience involving event management, training coordination, or administration
• Knowledge of Power BI or advanced Excel functions
