The Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Manager drives growth through the development, commercialization, and scaling of high-impact partnerships across the technology ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft, NICE, Google). The role owns the full partnership lifecycle—from strategy and partner development through to co-sell execution, contracting, and long-term value creation.

Strategy & Alliance Development
• Identify, secure, and grow strategic partnerships aligned to business priorities
• Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with measurable revenue and pipeline targets
• Define “better together” propositions across partner ecosystems
Commercial & Pursuit Leadership
• Drive co-sell motions and joint pipeline with partners (e.g., Microsoft, Google, NICE)
• Lead partner engagement in pursuits, RFPs, and client solutioning
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with legal and finance
Program Delivery & Enablement
• Build scalable partner enablement programs, playbooks, and GTM frameworks
• Lead cross-functional execution (sales, marketing, product, delivery)
• Manage partnership programs against defined milestones and KPIs
Executive Relationship Management
• Build and influence senior stakeholder relationships across partner organisations
• Establish governance cadence (QBRs, exec briefings, joint steering)
• Act as primary escalation and alignment owner for partnerships
Innovation & Thought Leadership
• Co-create joint offerings leveraging AI, cloud, and platform capabilities
• Represent the business in partner and client forums
• Drive differentiated solutions aligned to market trends (e.g., AI, CCaaS, data)

- Deep expertise in at least one strategic partner ecosystem (e.g. NICE, Microsoft, Google, Cognigy), with the ability to quickly build credibility across adjacent partner technologies.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, business applications, cloud, data and AI value propositions.
- Proven ability to shape differentiated joint solutions and propositions that address customer business outcomes.
- Experience supporting bids, pitches, co-sell opportunities and go-to-market initiatives with partners.
- Ability to translate partner capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for sales, solution, consulting and delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and become productive quickly within partner organisations.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth, differentiation and joint customer value.
