Role responsibilities
The Management Trainee is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests while performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. They will work closely with the Store Manager to develop skills in sales, recruiting, and leadership.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or one to three months of related retail experience. The role requires physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
