Accountabilities:

    The Seasonal Recruiter will support recruitment operations by managing candidate workflows, ensuring timely completion of hiring activities, and providing a positive experience for applicants and internal teams.

    • Process candidate offers accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is completed and delivered on time.
    • Manage pre-employment activities, including background checks, documentation collection, and onboarding coordination.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems and HR platforms.
    • Communicate regularly with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve outstanding items.
    • Follow up on pending hiring requirements to ensure candidates successfully progress through each stage of the onboarding process.
    • Ensure compliance with established recruitment procedures, policies, and applicable employment regulations.
    • Support additional talent acquisition activities and operational tasks as needed.
    • Help maintain an organized and efficient recruitment process during periods of increased hiring demand.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate has experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations and demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

      • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR function.
      • Experience supporting recruitment processes, candidate communication, and pre-employment activities.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in administrative processes.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
      • Experience using applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience preferred.
