Our 2-Year Operations Engineering Graduate Development Program is designed to build the next generation of aerospace manufacturing talent by first developing strong operational foundations, followed by broader engineering and cross-functional capability exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in daily manufacturing and production operations
  • Support operational execution and shopfloor problem-solving activities
  • Analyze manufacturing data and operational performance trends
  • Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and operational projects
  • Apply CORE operating system principles in day-to-day activities
  • Drive operational discipline in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
  • Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Demonstrate strong learning agility, ownership, and teamwork throughout the program

What you will learn:

  • Graduates will undergo a comprehensive shopfloor immersion across Collins manufacturing operations to develop firsthand operational experience and manufacturing discipline.
  • After building strong operational foundations, graduates will rotate across key functions to broaden their technical, business, and systems understanding.

Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent):

  • Early career professional with Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering/Industry Engineering/Manufacturing/Production Engineering

Preferred Skills (if any):

  • Strong interest in aerospace manufacturing and operations
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on shopfloor manufacturing environment, rotating shift arrangement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning agility capability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and growth mindset
