Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end AI-powered product features across backend services and frontend interfaces.
- Rapidly prototype AI agent use cases and validate new product ideas through iterative development.
- Build intuitive user experiences, reusable blueprints, and practical examples that make AI workflows accessible and easy to adopt.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Contribute to backend development using Java while supporting frontend implementation and integration where needed.
- Optimize AI-powered workflows for performance, usability, and reliability.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, development frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance product capabilities.
- Strong full-stack software engineering experience with solid expertise in Java backend development.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications or products in production environments.
- Practical understanding of AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI development workflows.
- Frontend development experience is highly valued, particularly with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, containerized environments, and modern infrastructure technologies is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver production-quality solutions.
- Ability to balance speed of execution with sound engineering judgment and long-term maintainability.
