Accountabilities:

    • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, ensuring strong retention, expansion, and overall account health
    • Lead strategic client engagements, including executive-level discussions with C-suite and senior decision-makers
    • Develop and execute pre-sales strategies, campaign analysis, performance reporting, and quarterly business reviews
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform and partner teams to generate referrals and new business opportunities
    • Manage internal account operations, including onboarding, RFP processes, and platform/tool utilization
    • Translate client needs into actionable feedback for Product and Partnerships teams to support platform improvements
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Operations, Product, and internal Strategy teams
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of experience in account management, account development, or sales, preferably in ad tech or digital media
      • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and related platforms (Amazon DSP experience is a plus)
      • Proven success managing enterprise accounts and multi-million-dollar client relationships
      • Experience engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders in a consultative, relationship-led environment
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and advise clients effectively
      • Hands-on approach with willingness to work directly in internal tools and systems
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States
      • Preferred: experience with ad serving technologies, data platforms, revenue expansion strategies, or team mentorship
      • Benefits:

        • Annual base salary range: $140,000 – $155,000, plus quarterly performance bonus
