This role combines hands-on Release of Information (ROI) work with leadership support, training, and team coordination.Key Responsibilities IncludeProviding call support and assisting with ROI-related inquiriesProcessing medical record requests accurately and confidentially in compliance with HIPAAAssisting the Supervisor with inventory management, including Healthsource queue oversight and prioritization of urgent requestsServing as a subject-matter resource for team members on ROI workflows, EMR navigation, SOPs, and best practicesSupporting client and internal escalations with timely follow-up and clear communicationAssisting with training and onboarding of new hires, including mentoring and coachingFacilitating team training sessions and ongoing education to reinforce compliance and quality standardsPerforming data entry, faxing, scanning, and other administrative duties as neededMaintaining professionalism and effective...
