Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking for a Kitchen Steward to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hotelier to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in the seamless operation of the hotel’s back‑of‑house, ensuring immaculate standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency. You will maintain all stewarding equipment and dishwashing machinery while safeguarding the highest levels of sanitation across all culinary and storage areas.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Meticulously clean and maintain restaurants, kitchens, and all food preparation and service areas
Ensure all storerooms remain immaculately organised and hygienic at all times
Rigorously uphold all health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Partner closely with the culinary team to support flawless service delivery
Contribute to an elevated, disciplined, and service‑focused back‑of‑house environment

- Proven experience handling cleaning chemicals in a professional hospitality environment
