GENERAL ENGINEER

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. You will interpret guidelines and directives as well as develops and recommends the technical methods or approaches to be followed in resolving problems that are not covered by agency guidelines. You will ensure timely actions are taken to place systems in a safe condition if abnormal or unexpected conditions or operating parameters occur during the performance of testing or system operations. You will provide technical engineering guidance and support to other engineers and technical personnel to ensure integrated product support across the product lifecycle. You will conduct studies and cost analyses to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of different technical solutions and options for systems and components. You will prepare technical reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate technical information and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
