The Retail Charging Finance Supervisor is a key leadership role within Ford's Customer Service Division (FCSD) finance team, offering the opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of Ford's fast-growing EV Retail Charging business. As the dedicated strategic finance lead and business partner for this emerging segment, you will work at the intersection of finance and innovation—directly influencing decisions that support Ford's electrification strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with the Ford Pro Charging Finance team to design and implement the accounting structure and controls needed to support new and evolving business models. This is a unique opportunity to build processes from the ground up, gain cross-functional exposure, and play a critical role in scaling one of Ford's key growth areas.
Own and manage Retail Charging Finance function in North America:
- Act as the primary strategic business partner to Operations, CX, and Strategy teams, guiding commercial decision-making and identifying financial synergies across the Operating Charging organization
- Serve as the dedicated Finance lead for ongoing Model e Charging, including evaluating business models for emerging EVs
- Provide ongoing financial support, advanced analytics, and performance reporting to drive profitability and growth across the portfolio
- Establish and govern foundational accounting structures and robust financial controls (SAP setup, financial mapping, financial management framework)
- Leverage learnings from Retail Charging business to provide lead support for overall emerging EV Strategy and execution for FCSD Finance beyond Charging business
The minimum requirements we seek
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
- Strong financial acumen and accounting expertise, with the ability to build structures and processes from ambiguity
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills and strategic thinking capability
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent assignments; recognize changing priorities and flexibility to react to changes as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence and courage to do what's right for the business
- Ability to work 4+ days per week in Dearborn, Michigan office location
