Accountabilities:
- Own the day-to-day relationship with health system partners, maintaining executive alignment, communication rhythms, stakeholder engagement, and overall account health.
- Develop and execute account strategies that connect client priorities with measurable business outcomes and long-term partnership goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including strategy, analytics, customer success, and business development resources, ensuring all workstreams are aligned and impactful.
- Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations, opportunity analyses, business cases, and performance updates for senior healthcare leaders.
- Translate analytical findings, financial models, and operational insights into compelling narratives that support strategic decision-making.
- Define engagement roadmaps, manage deliverable timelines, monitor progress, and proactively address risks or adoption challenges.
- Partner with internal teams to determine analytical priorities and ensure insights are tailored to executive stakeholder needs.
- Prepare leadership briefings for CFOs, strategy executives, and other senior stakeholders, anticipating questions and aligning conversations with engagement objectives.
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts, including additional service lines, stakeholders, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate account information, engagement milestones, and relationship data within internal systems.
- Contribute to the development of engagement frameworks, best practices, and scalable operating models as the organization grows.
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, healthcare operations, or related fields.
- 2–4+ years of experience leading client-facing engagements or owning strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of health system structures, business development functions, and healthcare financial models, including fee-for-service and value-based care environments.
- Experience serving as a primary client contact and managing relationship continuity, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication.
- Ability to create polished executive presentations, strategic narratives, and analytical materials for C-suite audiences.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive execution through influence and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with healthcare analytics, strategy teams, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30–40% for onsite engagement with health system partners.
- Healthcare consulting experience from firms specializing in provider strategy is strongly preferred.
- Experience with health system business development strategy, referral management, physician alignment, or network development initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with alternative payment models, accountable care programs, bundled payments, or value-based care contracts is preferred.
- MBA or advanced healthcare strategy background is a plus.
