This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Leadership to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization. This role is eligible for hybrid work arrangement, however not fully remote.Essential Functions:Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectivesEnsures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and qualityTracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflictsUses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areasPrincipal (Level 3) Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree with 5 years of business, finance, accounting, program control, industrial engineering and/or similar industry related fields experience OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of business, finance, accounting, program control, industrial engineering and/or similar industry related fields experience OR Associate's Degree with 7 years of business, finance, accounting, program control, industrial engineering and/or similar industry related fields experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of business, finance, accounting, program control, industrial engineering and/or similar industry related fields experiencePossess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project and the detail development of an IMSProven background and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and the ability to support implementation on programsAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needsSr. Principal (Level 4) Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of business, finance, accounting, program control, industrial engineering and/or similar industry related fields experience OR a Master's Degree with 6 years of business, finance, accounting, program control, industrial engineering and/or similar industry related fields experience OR Associate's Degree with 10 years of business, finance, accounting, program control, industrial engineering and/or similar industry related fields experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of business, finance, accounting, program control, industrial engineering and/or similar industry related fields experiencePossess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project and the detail development of an IMSProven background and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and the ability to support implementation on programsAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needsPreferred Qualifications:A current/active U.S. government Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)Experience in material cost managementExperience with EVMExperience with SAP and MPM &/or COBRAWe offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team...
