We are hiring for multiple openings of Occupational Therapist positions in the Rehabilitation Department at Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center in Kodiak AK!

Currently available schedules:

• Part time, 0.5 FTE, Day shift, 20 hours per week.
  Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Variable shift, hours as needed.

The Occupational Therapist plans and conducts medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to improve an individual's functional independence in life skills.  Evaluates and treats individuals in the areas of activities of daily living, functional cognition and perception, neuromuscular treatment and return to work.  Evaluates, records and reports patient progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy 
• Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License 
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree Or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy Or
• 1 year of experience.
