Accountabilities:
- Lead HubSpot onboarding projects, including portal setup, customization, configuration, and implementation for new clients.
- Manage data migration activities, including data imports, mapping, cleansing, and validation processes.
- Design and optimize CRM workflows and marketing automation processes to improve operational efficiency and lead management.
- Create and manage digital assets such as landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action within the platform.
- Configure and maintain sales pipelines, deal stages, and CRM processes to support revenue operations.
- Analyze customer engagement data and develop segmentation strategies based on behavioral and interaction patterns.
- Conduct testing and optimization initiatives to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and lead nurturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with customer success and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and strong client relationships.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to maximize platform adoption and business outcomes.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and/or HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, or CMS Hubs.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation concepts, and sales enablement best practices.
- Experience with HubSpot onboarding, implementation, data migration, and system configuration.
- Knowledge of list segmentation, lead nurturing strategies, and customer journey optimization.
- Ability to create and manage marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend performance improvements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- HubSpot certifications and demonstrated platform expertise are highly preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
