Role responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify federal contracting opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders. They will also maintain a live pipeline and report metrics to the CEO monthly.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5+ years of federal business development or capture experience and a proven record of winning opportunities. Strong communication skills and knowledge of the federal procurement lifecycle are essential.
