As a Wedding Sales Lead Catcher, you’re not just identifying and nurturing new wedding opportunities—you’re creating the first impression of an unforgettable celebration. Through proactive lead generation, personalized engagement, and a passion for connecting with couples, you help turn inquiries into dream weddings while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality from the very first conversation.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Capture and qualify wedding leads: Monitor inquiries from multiple channels, engage with prospective couples, and qualify leads to ensure timely follow-up and a strong sales pipeline.
Manage lead administration: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales systems, update client information, track lead status, and ensure all interactions are properly documented.
Support the wedding sales process: Coordinate the distribution of inquiries, prepare preliminary proposals, schedule site inspections, and assist the Wedding Sales team with administrative and sales-related tasks.
Drive lead generation efforts: Research new business opportunities, build relationships with wedding planners and referral partners, and identify prospective clients to expand the hotel's wedding business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and an exceptional experience from the first inquiry through the sales process.
Track performance and reporting: Monitor lead conversion metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide insights that support commercial strategies and continuous improvement.
Deliver exceptional client service: Respond promptly to inquiries, provide personalized assistance, and create a positive first impression that reflects Hilton's commitment to hospitality and service excellence.
