Position overview

The person in this role ensures the timely procurement and delivery of services, materials, equipment, and supplies in the required quantity and quality to support current and future business operations. They serve as the primary supply chain interface for program and product teams, aligning integrated supply chain strategies, resources, and solutions with business objectives. They proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues related to material availability, shortages, excess inventory, quality, and delivery to ensure operational continuity and business performance.

  • Administers an effective program to determine and provide necessary quantities and inventory levels of materials and supplies.
  • Maintains planned inventory levels that are consistent with production need.
  • Accountable for preparation of and disposition of excess and obsolete materials.
  • Schedules Manufacturing and Material operations in accordance with approved schedules and monitoring of such.
  • Implements approved master schedules through manufacturing and marketing meetings.
  • Develops innovative scheduling strategies for shortest possible lead times.
  • Responsible for accurate receipt and disbursement of material.
  • Assists in preparation of annual budget for materials management.

Required Qualifications

  • Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Materials Management.
  • Ability to work in hybrid mode (min. 2 days per week from Repair Center in Nadarzyn).
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

Pay Transparency Statement

The monthly base salary range for this position is 7,700.00 PLN gross to 11,000.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
