Accountabilities

    • Evaluate product functionality and user journeys from a customer perspective to identify opportunities for improving the overall experience.
    • Provide user experience reports and actionable feedback to support product teams in optimizing workflows and features.
    • Assist with onboarding-related challenges by helping identify and resolve issues faced by new users.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, communicate findings, and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
    • Support research activities by analyzing user feedback, documenting observations, and highlighting potential areas for enhancement.
    • Participate in team discussions, knowledge-sharing activities, and professional development opportunities throughout the accelerator program.
    • Requirements

      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and available to work full-time for a 6-month fixed-term program.
      • Strong interest in UX research, user experience, digital products, and customer-focused solutions.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Project, and Visio.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand user needs and translate observations into actionable insights.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders in a global environment.
      • Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
      • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with international partners and stakeholders.
      • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced technology environment.
