The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is looking for a Laundry Supervisor to join the team.
Nestled on California's Central Coastline, just steps from pristine beaches, the property celebrates Santa Barbara's culture and history across its 24-acre resort, featuring 360 spacious rooms and 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. The ideal candidate will have previous laundry experience and bilingual Spanish and English.

Classification:  Full Time
Shift Pattern:  Full Availability, weekends and holidays are required

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations: Lead, train, and oversee Laundry and Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms
• Manage uniform distribution: Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms
• Oversee linen processing: Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenance
• Monitor quality and efficiency: Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed
• Optimize productivity: Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics
