Accountabilities:

    • Drive new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise accounts by managing full sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
    • Develop and execute strategic account and regional plans focused on cloud transformation, Azure adoption, and digital modernization initiatives.
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across target organizations.
    • Collaborate closely with Microsoft field teams and ecosystem partners to identify opportunities and accelerate deal progression.
    • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer technical and business requirements and translate them into value-driven cloud solutions.
    • Own pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and account coverage through disciplined sales execution and joint planning.
    • Position and sell a portfolio of services across application modernization, data/AI, DevOps, security, and cloud architecture.
    • Act as a trusted cloud advisor, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey and long-term platform strategy.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in complex, solution-based, or consultative selling environments.
      • Strong background in Microsoft ecosystem services or cloud-related enterprise solutions is highly preferred.
      • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in strategic account roles.
      • Experience selling through partner or channel ecosystems, ideally in Microsoft or similar enterprise environments.
      • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders with clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
      • Excellent strategic account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting capabilities.
      • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and ROI-driven narratives.
      • Passion for digital transformation, cloud adoption, and helping clients modernize their technology landscape.
      • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
