- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Hospitality, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training design, facilitation, and learning evaluation.
- Experience in developing training calendars, managing learning records, monitoring training compliance, and leading internship, trainee, and leadership development programs.
- Familiar with Forbes Service Standards and luxury guest experience training.
- Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
